Booking your premium trip with us is a straightforward process that can be completed in just a few easy steps. Here’s how to get started:

2. Enter Your Flight Number: Please provide your flight number. This information is important because it helps us track your flight. It also tells us when you will arrive, so we can greet you on time.
3. Click on Booking Now: After you enter the required information, just click the “Booking Now” button to continue.
4. Review Your Trip Details: After clicking “Booking Now,” you will be directed to a page titled “Your Trip.” Here, you can verify that the date and time of your pickup are correct. If you have any discount coupons, feel free to add them at this stage. Once everything looks good, click on “Checkout.”
5. Complete the Checkout Process: On the checkout page, please fill out all required fields for payment. After entering your payment information, click on “Place Order” to finalize your booking.
6. Receive Confirmation: You will receive an email confirming your booking and providing details about your order’s progress. This email will serve as your receipt and confirmation of your luxury ride.
7. Final Confirmation from Our Office:After we confirm your booking, you will receive another email or a phone call from us.This communication is essential to ensure your privacy and to confirm the driver’s name and phone number. 8. Waiting Time at Pickup Location: For all flights, we offer a generous 1-hour waiting time. Your driver will wait in the parking lot. They will stay there until you call to say you are ready for pickup at the curbside.
9. Contact Customer Service: If you do not hear from your driver or have questions, please call our customer service at 858-413-8888. Our team is here to assist you and ensure that your experience is seamless.
10. No Show Policy: If a customer does not call the driver after one hour, it will be marked as a NO SHOW. In such cases, the full amount will be charged to the customer.
