Welcome to Trip Limo Service LLC. By booking our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

Payment
- The credit cards or business accounts of our customers are charged for all bookings.
- You may pay for your Trip Limo Service reservation with any of the major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover. We also accept PayPal and Stripe.
- A tip is not required for any rides, but is appreciated for excellent service.
- All advertised pricing is subject to change at any time without notice.
- Keep in mind that the current exchange rate determines the rates in US dollars, although they are computed in the local currency.
- It is against Trip Limo Service policy for chauffeurs to ask for tips on the company’s behalf.
- A credit card authorization form or credit card imprint is required by Trip Limo Service in order to prevent fraud.

SMS Text Message Notifications
By providing your phone number and completing a booking on our website, you expressly consent to receive transactional SMS (text) messages from Trip Limo Service. These messages are essential for providing you with timely information about your transportation service.
Types of Messages You Will Receive:
- Booking confirmation with reservation details
- 24-hour reminder before your scheduled pickup
- Driver on-the-way notification
- Trip completion confirmation
- Booking modification or cancellation alerts
Message Frequency: Approximately 2-5 messages per booking.
Carrier Charges: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
How to Opt-Out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message, emailing [email protected], or calling (858) 413-8888. Opting out may limit our ability to provide you with important trip updates.

By completing your reservation, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these SMS terms. Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase, but is necessary for us to provide you with real-time booking updates.

Airport Services
- For all flights, there is a 1-hour complimentary waiting time. Your driver will wait in the parking lot until they receive a call from you when you’re ready for curbside pickup.
- Please call (858) 413-8888 if you are unable to locate your chauffeur.
- If a customer departs without calling (858) 413-8888 beforehand, it will be recorded as a NO SHOW and the full amount will be charged.
- Please enter your flight number when booking so that we can track your arrival time accurately.

Airport Curbside Pickup
Please contact your driver (number provided in your confirmation email) to arrange for your chauffeur to meet you at curbside. If you cannot reach your driver, call our customer service at (858) 413-8888 for immediate assistance.

Waiting Time at Pickup Location
- Our drivers are given a reasonable amount of time to wait past your scheduled pickup time without charging you extra.
- For airport pickups: 1 hour complimentary wait time after flight arrival.
- For all other pickups: 15 minutes grace period after scheduled pickup time.
- Additional wait time beyond the grace period may incur extra charges.

Hourly Charter Services
- In the San Diego area, all hourly reservations are billed with a three-hour minimum.
- All positioning charges are fixed according to vehicle type for time-based rides. Positioning charges represent the cost incurred by the vehicle and chauffeur in traveling to your pickup location and returning after your drop-off.
- Overtime beyond your reserved hours will be charged at the applicable hourly rate.

Cancellations
- Cancellations can only be made via phone or email. Once Trip Limo Service acknowledges your cancellation via email, it will be considered official.
- We offer a flexible cancellation policy for the majority of bookings. If you cancel up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time, there will be no penalty.
- Cancellation policies for special events (weddings, proms, etc.) may vary. Please refer to our full Cancellation & Refund Policy page for details.

No-Show Policy
- When a client fails to appear at the prearranged pickup location for point-to-point transfers or hourly services, a fee equal to the full fare, gratuity, and wait time will be charged.
- If you are having difficulty locating your chauffeur, please call (858) 413-8888 and our dispatcher will assist you.
- A client who leaves without communicating with the company will be considered a No-Show and will be charged the full amount.

Vehicle Rules and Liability
- No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all our vehicles.
- No Illegal Substances: Ensuring that no illegal drugs are brought into our vehicles is the client’s responsibility.
- No Alcohol: Open alcoholic beverages are not permitted in our vehicles unless specifically arranged for special events.
- Vehicle Capacity: Client acknowledges and agrees not to exceed the maximum passenger capacity of the vehicle.
- Respectful Conduct: The chauffeur has the authority to end the service at any time without refund if passengers are disrespectful, abusive, or engage in inappropriate behavior.
- Cleaning Fee: An additional $250.00 maintenance fee will be charged if a passenger becomes sick or causes excessive mess in the vehicle.
- Damage Fee: Trip Limo Service reserves the right to charge a minimum of $250.00 for any vehicle damage beyond normal wear and tear.

Limitation of Liability
- Trip Limo Service will not be held responsible for any delays, service interruptions, damages, or hazards caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: war, quarantine, severe weather conditions, dangerous road conditions, accidents, vehicle breakdowns, strikes, riots, government actions, or any other unforeseen events.
- Trip Limo Service is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Please ensure you have all your personal belongings before exiting the vehicle.
- We do not accept any bookings made directly with the driver. All reservations must be made through our official channels: website, phone (858) 413-8888, or email [email protected].

Changes to Terms and Conditions
The terms and conditions of Trip Limo Service LLC are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Any terms and conditions not explicitly stated on this page are entirely at the discretion of Trip Limo Service LLC. Unless Trip Limo Service gives its written consent, you may not use this site or its content in any way that is unlawful.
