Steps to Book Your Premium Ride:

1. Choose Your Date and Time: Begin by selecting the date and time for your pickup. This is crucial for ensuring that your travel plans align perfectly with your flight schedule.
2. Enter Your Flight Number: To help us track your arrival and departure times accurately, please provide your flight number. This information allows us to monitor any changes in your flight schedule and adjust your pickup time accordingly.
3. Click on Booking Now: Once you have filled in the necessary details, click on the “Booking Now” button to proceed to the next step.
4. Review Your Trip Details: After clicking “Booking Now,” you will be directed to a page titled “Your Trip.” Here, double-check that the date and time of your pickup are correct. If you have any discount coupons, this is the time to enter them. Once everything looks good, click on the “Checkout” button to continue.
5. Complete the Checkout Process: On the checkout page, please fill out all required fields for payment. After ensuring that all information is accurate, click on “Place Order” to finalize your booking.
6. Confirmation Email: After you place your order, you will get an email. This email will confirm your booking and give details about your order’s progress. This email will serve as your receipt and confirmation of your scheduled ride.

8. Waiting Time: Please be aware that there is a designated waiting time of one hour for all flights. Your driver will wait in the parking lot. They will stay there until you call to say you are ready for pickup at the curbside.
9. No Show Policy: If a customer does not contact the driver after one hour, it will be marked as a “NO SHOW.” In such cases, the entire amount paid will be charged, so please be sure to communicate with your driver if there are any delays.
