Steps to Book Your Luxury Ride:

1. Choose Your Date and Time: Begin by selecting the date and time for your pickup. This is crucial for ensuring that your chauffeur is ready and waiting for you when you arrive.
2. Enter Your Flight Number: Please give us your flight number. This helps us track your arrival and make your experience smooth. This allows us to monitor any changes to your flight schedule and adjust your pickup time accordingly.
3. Click on “Booking Now”: After you fill in the required details, click the “Booking Now” button to move to the next step.
4. Review Your Trip Details: After clicking “Booking Now,” you will be directed to a page titled “Your Trip.” Here, double-check that the date and time of your pickup are accurate. If you have any promotional coupons, this is the time to enter them before proceeding.
5. Checkout Process: Click on the “Checkout” button to move to the payment section. Make sure to fill out all required fields on the checkout page to complete your payment. Once everything is filled out, click on “Place Order” to finalize your booking.
6. Confirmation Email: After you place your order, you will get an email. This email will confirm your booking and give details about your order’s progress. This email will serve as your receipt and confirmation of the arrangements made.
7. Driver Confirmation: After you confirm your booking, you will get an email or a phone call from us. This communication will include important information about your driver, including their name and phone number. This ensures that you can easily arrange for your chauffeur to meet you at the curbside upon your arrival.
8. Waiting Time: Please be aware that there is a standard waiting time of one hour for all flights. Your driver will wait in the parking lot. They will stay there until you call to say you are ready for pickup at the curbside.
9. No Show Policy: If a customer does not call the driver after one hour, it will be marked as a “NO SHOW.” In such cases, the entire amount paid will be charged, so please ensure to communicate with your driver.

Important Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and therefore, you are free to cancel your booking up to six hours before your scheduled pickup time. If you need to cancel, simply give us a call, and we will process your request for a full refund without any hassle.
