At Trip Limo Service LLC, we are committed to providing safe, reliable, and comfortable transportation for all passengers, including those with disabilities. We comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and California state accessibility laws. This policy outlines our commitment to accessibility and the accommodations we provide.

Our Commitment to Accessibility
Trip Limo Service is dedicated to ensuring that all passengers, regardless of ability, can enjoy our luxury transportation services. We strive to provide equal access and are continuously working to improve our accessibility offerings. Our chauffeurs are trained to assist passengers with disabilities courteously and professionally.

Service Animals
Trip Limo Service welcomes service animals in all of our vehicles at no additional charge. In accordance with the ADA:
- Service animals are defined as dogs (and in some cases miniature horses) that are individually trained to perform tasks for people with disabilities.
- We do not require documentation or proof of certification for service animals.
- Our chauffeurs may only ask two questions: (1) Is this a service animal required because of a disability? (2) What task has the animal been trained to perform?
- Service animals must remain under the control of the handler at all times.
- Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy animals are not considered service animals under ADA but may be accommodated upon request (see Pet Policy below).

Mobility Assistance
Our chauffeurs are happy to provide reasonable assistance to passengers with mobility challenges:
- Assistance getting in and out of vehicles
- Help with folding wheelchairs and mobility aids that can be stored in the vehicle
- Door-to-door service to minimize walking distance
- Extra time for boarding and exiting the vehicle
Our fleet consists of SUVs (Escalade, Yukon XL, Suburban) which offer spacious interiors and higher seating positions. Please note that our standard vehicles are not equipped with wheelchair lifts or ramps. If you require a wheelchair-accessible vehicle (WAV), please contact us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your needs or refer you to an appropriate provider.

Visual and Hearing Impairments
We accommodate passengers with visual and hearing impairments:
- Chauffeurs will verbally identify themselves and confirm the booking details upon arrival
- We offer text message and email communications for booking confirmations and updates
- Our website is designed to be compatible with screen readers
- Upon request, chauffeurs can provide additional verbal guidance and assistance
- Guide dogs and hearing dogs are always welcome as service animals

Child Safety Seats
The safety of our youngest passengers is important to us:
- California law requires children under 2 years old to ride in a rear-facing car seat
- Children under 8 years old must be secured in a car seat or booster seat
- Passengers are responsible for providing their own child safety seats
- Our chauffeurs can assist with installing car seats upon request
- If you need a child safety seat, please let us know when booking and we will do our best to accommodate (subject to availability and additional fees may apply)

Pet Policy
While service animals are always welcome, we also try to accommodate passengers traveling with pets:
- Pets may be allowed at the discretion of Trip Limo Service with advance notice
- Please inform us when booking if you will be traveling with a pet
- Pets must be secured in an appropriate carrier or restrained during transport
- A cleaning fee of $50-$250 may apply if excessive pet hair or mess requires vehicle cleaning
- Service animals are exempt from pet fees and carrier requirements

Requesting Accommodations
To ensure we can best meet your needs, please inform us of any accessibility requirements when making your reservation:
- Let us know if you will be traveling with a service animal
- Inform us of any mobility assistance you may need
- Tell us if you require extra time for boarding
- Specify if you have any other special requirements
